Clariflocculator equipment , traction driven type, suitable for installation in your R.C.C Tank of size suitable diameter and S.W.D 500 mm free board, a center pier of R.C.C construction with feed inflow arrangement and flocculation tank of suitable dia. and generally as specified below:-

• The clariflocculator would be of stator/rotor type
• Main center mechanism, resting on the central pier the mechanism, it shall have a basic turntanle and Bevel gear/ pinion arrange flocculator.
• Bridge center support with hinge pin arrangement rests over the center mechanism
• Alpha make. seven ring current collector, will be fixed to the center mechanism.
• Traction trolley, suitably fabricated out of rigid rolled section and properly placed to the tangential line over the walls. the trolley shall  have two traction wheels of 450 diameter and 150 width, supported on journals and shafts, C.I/ R.L
• Main driving Bridge cum walkway, 1200 mm wide, one end resting over traction carriage and the other end over the Bridge centre support. The bridge would be made out of M.S. Channels & suitable braced and shall have a walkway of 5mm thick chequered plates of gradings.
  

The bridge shall be spliced for transportations.

• Hand railings, one meter high, to the full length of the bridge, made out of 32BB/ B class pipes

Tration/ Calrifier drive consisting of

• Motor of 750 RPM, IP- 55 protected, of  Bharat Bihlee/ Crompton/ eqvt make
• gear box of Greaves/ elecon / Shanthi/eqvt make
• Lucjoy coupling between the two
• chain & sprocket drive between the worm gear box and the drive traction wheel shaft using 1 inch duplex chain system.

• Clarifier rake arms for the outer tank would be suspended from the under bridge of the walkway. The suspended vertical structures would be suitable cross braced. Rake blades would be bolted to the bottom rake arm frames.
• Clarifier rake arms, two numbers for the inner flocculation tank bottom, would fixed to a cental drum,  which in would be fixed to the turn - table of the centre mechanism. The two rake arms, suitable for flocculation tank diameter, would have rake blades bolt  to them.
• Rotor Flocculation paddles, would be fixed to a centre cage, which in turn would bt bolted to the Bevel Gear centre mechanism. The paddles will be made out of M.s. plates and shall be suspended from the arms bolted to the centre cage top.
  

Wastewater clarifier equipment - centrally driven clarifier mechanism, suitable for installation in your r. C. C tank of suitable diameter, swd and 0. 50 meter fb generally as per the details given below:-

• free board would be 500 mm
• the meachanism would be central driven type, with the bridge spanning the tank radius, one end over the tank and the  other a center mechanism cum turn table in the center pier. The feed may be bought into the tank thought this pier.
• integral gear cum worm drive type   turn table resting over a mild steel base frame on the rcc center pier ( s type)
• walkway cum driving bridge of 1000mm wide with 1 meter hight hand railings and 5 mm thicjk chequered plate wlakway for the full length of bridge.
• main drive consisting of a center mechanism with internal gears through which the scraper cage is hung. This internal gear in turn is run by a a type worm drive head with drive pinion  on output end.

this bridge rests over the main cener mechanism and the scraper is hung from the internal gear.

• mild steel scraper rake arms fixed to the cage suspended from the center mechanism holding the scraper frames, two numbers, with blades bolted to the same. The arms would be truss type fabricated.
• central sludge well scrapers, two nos.
• mild steel tank bottom scraper blades bolted to the scraper frames, the blades arranged and quantified in such a way, the entire tank floor diameter is swept at a time.
  
• brass squeezees, bolted to the blades, made of 26 gauge spring brass sheets of kamani make. Alternatively rubber squeexes could be provided.
• influent well made out of rigid angle frames overlapped  with 1. 60 mm thick frp corrugated sheets, to make a tank of size 4200 mm high and 1250 mm high and bolted to the center cage.
• all required bought outs, bolts, washers, foundation bolts etc. ,
  

surface finish

• all wetted structural items shall be sand blasted and epoxy painted, using berger make bituminized coal tar paint. Now wetted parts shall be synthetic enamel painted.
• all fasteners/hardware would be zinc plated.
• bought out components will be supplied with their original paint coats

Heavy duty sludge thickener mechanism, centrally driven type suitable for installation in your R.C.C Tank of suitable diameter, side water depth, 0.5 meter Free Board &with a slope of 1:8 at the bottom generally as specified below and consisting of the following components:

• Main bridge spanning the full diameter of the tank, and having 5 mm thick chequered plate walkway to the half length of the bridge.
• Main drive Head 150 mm worm gear diameter
• Mechanical spring type overload protection device, mounted drive end of worm shaft.

Prime Drive to the drive head consisting of the following:

• Kirloskar/Crompton/NGEF/Bharat Bilee/eqvt motor of 1400 rpm IP-55 protected
• Elecon/Radicon/shanthi worm gear reducer with a service factor of 1.75 & of suitable ratio.
• Lovejoy coupling between motor and reducer
• Coupling guard.
• Sprocket and Chain drive,1" pitch simplex system, between worm gear box and Drive Head.

• Main vertical shaft made out of heavy pipe suspended from the drive head

• Two rake arms, of pipe construction, to sweep the tank floor, rigidly fabricated and having a total eight blades.
• Two stud arms, with one blade each, to sweep the core sludge area at the center additionally and also to provide brace suppors to the main raking arms.

• Neoprene rubber squeezes bolted to all the blades, held to the blades over clamp strips.
• A lifting Device shall rest on the central drive head.

The lifting device shall consists of:

• Main stool of rigid pipe construction with indicator to ascertain the rake arm position.

• Main lifting shaft with flange

Rotating speed of the equipment will be 0.04 RPM as reqd.

We are providing our clients with mechanical bar screen that are mechanically and automatically cleaning devices. These mechanical bar screen are well known for their simple operation and low power consumption. Our mechanical bar screens are manufactured using quality stainless steel that ensures their excellent durability and corrosion resistance. These screens are used for water and wastewater treatment depending on the characteristics of water. A fine wire mesh is used in these screens to separate solid from liquid under flow of gravity. These are widely used in pump stations and combined sewer systems.

Purpose

The mechanical bar screen is installed for the purpose of removing bulky material which would be objectionable and cause trouble in the later processes in the sewage treatment plant. It is continous and automatic cleaning mechanism requiring a minimum of care and attention.

Design

• This machine is capable of handling large flow rates.
• The machine is a sturdy  mechanism is fully automatic
• The operation is grit removal mechanism is fully automatic
• The mechanism will operate only when there is a per determined liquid head developed between upstream and down stream side of the screen.
• The hydraulic level difference is a result of choking of the screen caused when solids particles accumulate on the screen surface.
• The operation of grit removal mechanism is intermittent during normal season resulting in considerable power saving. It can be put to continuos operation during monsoon when large quantum of grit is expected.This machine required minimum spares as it is not in operation continuously.
• The machine is designed in modular construction to suit installation at a greater depth of waste channel below the ground.
• The speed of the machine for removal of grit in designed to consume low power.
• 1 hp motor is normally recommended for the operation of the machine
• Since all components except screen and grit removal rake guide are above liquid level, there is very little corrosion of components.
• All under water parts are sand blasted and epoxy painted.
  

Construction

Description of the carious parts are as follow:

• Screen is made a flat bars spaced as required and given a special shape to suit easy grit removal.Screen is installed at a particular degree in the channel and grit carrying trays are also installed in the same angle so that the grit doesn't;t fall back into the channel during removal.
• Rake guide is made of high quality case steel to withstand wear and tear. It is designed to remove all the grit that accumulates on the screen.
• Drive unit consists of motor and reducer directly coupled to drum shaft on which drums are installed.
• Drive shaft is supported on drum shaft bearing enclosed in a plumber block.
• Rake guide is connected to the drum by means of steel wire ropes. Movement is controlled by high level and low level toggle type limit switches.
• The limit switches are installed at suitable points on the housing depending on the lift required.
• the housing is de singed  such that the removed grit falls through the hopper directly into  the Trolley which can be carried away.
• Entire mechanism is controlled by floats installed in separate chambers on upstream and down stream sides.
• The screen  is designed to operate upto 600 mm loss across the screen.

Further, the flocculation stage of the daf treatment system uses standard methods of dosing with a variety of mixers and flocculation tank forms.
