Preamble.
 
     Treated waste water is perceived as potential aid valuable resources. Highly treated waster water with advance scientific technique can be used in different sectors of activity such as irrigation for landscape, floor washing, toilet flush and partially recycle for back for process. These reduces considerable load on water resources.
 
     Keeping this in perspective “IONICS ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS.” have decided to develop Pre-fabricated packaged waste water treatment plants for  treating sewage & wash water(gray water) . Since, non availability of space to accommodate treatment plant in existing building was a challenging proposition. With the limitation of space, design of compact, light weight  treatment plant have been developed. Introduction of various innovative technique i.e. High rate clarifier, coagulation precipitation with special polymer, Self aerating Biowheel-attached growth process , bacterial augmentation with enzymes and bio-media clarification have made treatment plant compact and reduced volume required for treatment. The emphasis has been given to reduced electrical power consumptions and operation cost.
 
 A detail physical – chemical treatibility studies has been carried out with organic polymer and reduced inorganic chemical  for various types of sewage/gray water. A complete treatment scheme has been designed on the basis of treatibility studies. The scheme is presented  as flow chart, describes the size and dimensions of all the components of treatment plant .
